Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling and Secretary of Technology Jim Duffey presented the 2010 Governor’s Technology Awards at an evening ceremony at COVITS on Sept. 7. Thirteen winners and 17 honorable mentions were honored in six categories in 2010.
